BHRB was the first batch of enterprises which officially recognized by   MIT of the first level Ⅲ <<ship building enterprises of marking production conditions>>. BHRB passed the QMS,EMS,OHS certifications and gained the security certificate of standardization for the third unit. BHRB was accredited “enterprise technology center” by Dalian government.BHRB has the certificates of 2,000 tons (light ship displacement) ship building, 15000 gross tons (international & domestic)ship repairing,building various kinds dimensions of fishing boat. BHRB steel and aluminum welding procedure qualification has approved by CCS, LR, GL, ABS, KR,BV etc.

BHRB has 1100 employees, with area of 130,000 square meters, including 19,000 square meters of office building and warehouse. BHRB has a floating dock of 5，000 tons in lifting capacity; a slipway of 1,000 tons in carrying capacity;shipbuilding berth of over 20,000 tons;outfitting quays of over 422 meters in overall length. BHRB has the technical condition and production capacity for 15,000 tons dead weight ships repairing, alteration and building.
